AccuPOL DNA Polymerase 2.5 U/µl is a thermostable high fidelity DNA polymerase with proofreading ability. This feature enables accurate and reliable PCR results.

AccuPOL DNA Polymerase is recommended for applications, which require extremely high fidelity or blunt ends. This polymerase is very suitable for mutation studies, cloning, gene expression and construction of libraries.

DESCRIPTION

AccuPOL DNA Polymerase exhibits both 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity and 3'→5' proofreading exonuclease activity enabling this polymerase to correct base pair mismatches. All AccuPOL kits include an extra tube of MgCl₂ in 25 mM concentration if adjustment of PCR conditions is required.

AccuPOL DNA Polymerase also comes in an alternative Tween free version.
